The Strategic Plan reconfirms JLCD’s Vision and articulates appropriate goals, strategies and performance measures that guide all JLCD’s operations in the areas of administration, communication, finance, community projects, membership, education and training. In basic terms, it defines where we are going, how we will get there, and provides a mechanism to know whether we got there or not.
